Babies come with baby gear! From cribs and rockers to baths, high chairs and everything in between, there is no denying that baby gear is a hot topic among parents-to-be. What is the safest? Which is the most popular? Which one lasts the longest? The questions go on and on. One piece of baby gear that gets a lot of attention (and use!) is the high chair. The high chair sits in one of the busiest rooms in the house and is used at minimum three times a day. The high chair I like to recommend to my friends is the Bloom Fresco.

The first thing that drew me to the Bloom Fresco was its look. The base of the chair is round and extends up to a pod-like seat that flips from upright to lying back effortlessly. This modern contemporary chair is European and has many usable features geared towards the busy family. Some of my favorite features of the Bloom Fresco are:

* Easy height adjustment
* Reclining seat – a great spot for babies three month old and up to nap while dad or mom is cooking
* Adjustable footrest
* Lead-free, PVC-free and AZO-dye free materials that you can feel comfortable having your baby to eat off of

* Lift-off tray for easy out and easy cleaning

This high chair will take a baby from age three months to a child right under 80 pounds, so I have had many years of use out of the chair, and due to its micro-suede wipe-clean seat, it still looks great!

There are not many baby items that take you through years of use: the high chair is one such item. If you are in the market for one, I suggest you do all of your research and see just how the Bloom Fresco surpasses others in style and functionality.
